»  ML67Q5250
- The ML67Q5250 provides a high speed, high accuracy, high security, and low system cost solution for fingerprint authentication. This device is capable of executing the entire fingerprint authentication process, i.e. capturing the fingerprint image from external sensor, enrollment of fingerprint data and authentication on the device. The fingerprint authentication is processed by hardware accelerator which requires no external memory. It uses a high accuracy algorithm licensed from Precise Biometrics, which is suitable for slide or area sensors.
