Description
The MSM64155A
(1.5 V)/64155AL (3.0 V) is a high-performance 4-bit microcontroller that
incorporates Oki-original CPU core nX-4/20. The MSM64155A/64155AL has an LCD
driver for up to 240 segments, an event counter, and melody circuits. It is best
suited for applications such as clocks and LCD games.
