µPLAT™ Prototype Board CSP Solutions The CSP approach offers a total hardware and software solution using Oki's µPlat evaluation boards. The µPlat evaluation boards provide a powerful pre-silicon system devel-opment and evaluation platform. The prototyping board comes with an ARM7 or ARM9 CPU, memory controllers, interrupt controllers and other rudimentary functions for System LSI design on a single platform (Hardware, Software, Development Environment, Optional IP blocks, etc.).
