Oki Semiconductor is proud to introduce several new 4-Meg DRAM additions to its family of high-speed EDO application-specific memories (ASMs). The new ASMs, ideal for notebook PC graphics, printer buffer and high-end didsk drive controllers, offer high bandwidth, low granularity, low-cost, space-efficient packaging, standard operating modes and synchronous performance at an asynchronous price.
