The EXT command is used to playback voice or data stored in an external ROM. If the voice/data sample is larger than the size of the internal ROM, the EXT command can be used to move the additional voice/data sample from external ROM into the ML2252, ML2254, or ML22Q54 device for playback. Note that playback by the EXT command uses only channel 1 and the LOOP (Repeat) function is not available.
