How do I evaluate the ML2201 using an Oki Semiconductor Board?

Oki Semiconductor recommends the following process on the MSM9831 Evaluation Board
(1) Prepare the MSM9831* Evaluation Board, Voice tool AR204 or AR205.
(2) Program** one's voice ROM data into an EPROM prepared with the MSM9831 Eva Board at factory shipment, on AR204 or AR205 system.
(3) Add the Programmed EPROM on the MSM9831 Eva Board and start evaluation.
(4) After checking voice quality and IC operation, proceed to manufacturing mask ROM Entry with Oki.
(5) Evaluate using the manufacturing masked ML2201-xxxMBZ060 on a customer's PCB.
