To create ROM data on VoicePro 2, please follow the steps given below
(1) Run VpMain.exe and load .wav file or drag & drop it on the WAV form Editor Window.

(4) Run VpRomf.exe. In the option->device/setup menu on the ROM Editor Window, specify Target device, OSC frequency, File format etc.
(5) Click the Register icon and register the .pcm files on the worksheet in File Register Mode.
(6) Register .pcm files or silence or beep sound on the worksheet in Phrase Control Register Mode if you need the Edit ROM function of the target speech IC.
(7) Click ROM File icon (operation->ROM File menu) and specify a name for the .hex file which will be created as ROM data.
(8) Run VpROMW.exe, select the ROM file, and start programming.
