Oki's ML674001, ML675001, ML67Q4050, ML67Q4060 series of MCUs supports Boundary Scan over the JTAG interface. The Boundary Scan implementation conforms to IEEE1149-199 standard. The Boundary Scan facilitates chip-level and board-level diagnostics during the manufacturing process.
