ML7041

The MSM7570 and MSM7590 are single-rail, low-voltage, single-channel, full-duplex ADPCM CODECs which perform voice digitization using presampling and reconstruction filters for transmit and receive operations in systems upgrading to ADPCM (Adaptive Differential Pulse Coded Modulation) encoding techniques. These CODECs offer ADPCM encoder/decoder operation, reducing the data rate required to transmit a PCM encoded voice signal.
